This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Mino Platform LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles product returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made through our website and related services (collectively, the “Site”).

Mino Platform LLC offers refunds or replacements for eligible purchases of physical products made through our Site.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved by our warehouse.
Any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Include the following details in your email:
Order number
Full name and contact information
Reason for the return or refund request
Clear photographs if the item is damaged or defective
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions for shipping your return to the designated facility.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
The product must be free of wear, stains, damage, or other signs of use.
Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days after receiving authorization from our support team.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within one week (7 business days) and credited to your original payment method.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of purchase by emailing help@madebyrug.com
When reporting a damaged or defective product, please include:
A clear image of the damaged item
A photograph of the packaging and shipping label
Your order number
Upon verification, Mino Platform LLC will issue a replacement for the same product or a refund to the original payment method if a replacement is not available.
We may not be able to honor requests received after the 14-day period.
At this time, Mino Platform LLC does not designate any items as final sale or non-refundable.
However, any exceptions to this Policy will be clearly disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds or replacements are typically processed within 1 week.
If there are any issues with your return upon arrival, a representative from help@madebyrug.com will contact you directly to resolve the matter.
Please note that the timing of fund availability may vary depending on your financial institution.
